Actress Jessica Alba has shared another iconic “jump and snap” Instagram video with her followers, and this one is all about her self-care Saturday routine.
“#selfcare,” she simply captioned the post.
In the video, the L.A.’s Finest star, 39, begins wearing a super cute matching green sweat suit and falls into bed. Then, she suddenly jumps back up, rocking another adorable matching workout set. This one is an abs-baring sports bra and leggings with sneakers to match.
The Honest Company founder shows off her sculpted core and serious dance moves as she shares exactly how she does self-care Saturday.
“For my mental, I get in fitness,” Jessica writes in the video. “Walk. Run. Dance. HIIT. Bike. Yoga. Switch it up. Be consistent. For health and wellness. Selfcare Saturday.”
The video ends with Jess rocking a cute blue zip-up jacket. And trust us, Jess walks the walk and talks the talk when it comes to her devoted fitness regime. She’s been sharing her at-home workouts throughout quarantine, and they’ve been giving her fans major fitness inspo.
First, she’s been dancing up a storm. Jess has been sharing TikTok dance videos with her family, especially with her daughters, Honor and Haven.

She’s also been getting outside. In October, she shared a video of a sweaty, intense hike she did at a vegan retreat.

And the actress has also been making the most of her space at home. In June, she gave fans a look at her home fitness routine, which includes resistance bands and a medicine ball.
