An osteopath has shared a simple exercise he claims alleviates shoulder pain and stiffness.
Brandon Talbot is a health practitioner who specialises in bone and muscle tissue and is known online for his quick and easy tricks to help tackle aches and pains.
He demonstrated the easy technique which he said lengthens the soft tissue around the shoulder.
To do the shoulder stretch Brendon sat down and put his elbow bent on a table with his forearm up, ensuring to keep the elbow on the table.
He grabbed his elbow with his other hand, pulled it in towards his chest and leaned his body in the opposite direction.

Brendon said the move should stretch the muscle at the outer top of the shoulder.
‘Do not try this if you have any underlying shoulder issues. If this causes pain or discomfort, stop immediately and consult your healthcare professional,’ he warned.
Many of Brendon’s 1.9million followers were thankful for the ‘game changing’ advice with one woman saying: ‘Nice! One move one crack’.
‘I literally do that stretch at work. I didn’t know that it was beneficial. It just feels good when my shoulder is tight,’ another replied.
